camshaft control valve 1 -N205- is installed. |
| Inlet camshaft control valve 1 -N205- |

Disconnect electrical connector -1-. |

Unscrew bolt -2- and remove
camshaft control valve 1 -N205-. |
| Exhaust camshaft control valve 1 -N318- |
| – |
Disconnect electrical connector -3-. |
| – |
Unscrew bolt -4- and remove
exhaust camshaft control valve 1 -N318-. |
| Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the
following: |

CHPA, CMBA, CPVA, CXSA, CZCA, CPVB, CZDA“ |

How do I remove the Golf Mk7 1.4 TSI camshaft control valves?
Unbolt from the camshaft housing end face. The valves control oil flow to the variable camshaft timing phasers.
