Volkswagen Golf Mk7 Service & Repair Manual: Removing and installing support for luggage compartment floor, saloon

Using torque wrench -V.A.G 1783-, this page covers removing the Volkswagen Golf Mk7 saloon luggage compartment floor support on the left side (right is similar) — fold down the rear seat backrest first.

  Note
Removal and installation are described for the left vehicle side. Follow same instructions for the right side as appropriate.

Removing
–  Fold down rear seat backrests.
–  Remove luggage compartment floor towards rear.
–  Remove bolts -2-.
–  Remove luggage compartment floor covering bracket -1-.
Installing
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
