WARNING: after tyre sealant has been used, the pressure sensor on that wheel must be renewed. This page covers the Beru tyre pressure monitoring system on the Volkswagen Golf Mk7.

  WARNING
After tyre sealant has been used, the tyre pressure sensor of the respective wheel must be renewed.
  WARNING
If the tyre pressure sensor is damaged, it must be renewed.
 

Removing and installing tyre pressure sensor, Beru tyre pressure monitoring system

–  Press tyre pressure sensor -1- into well base.
–  Bolt on from behind using a micro-encapsulated bolt → Item.
  Note
Renew the micro-encapsulated bolt.
Tighten micro-encapsulated bolt to 4 Nm on all models.
Special tools and workshop equipment required

Torque wrench -V.A.G 1410- and insert tool-V.A.G 1410/1-.
Specified torques → Anchor
