Volkswagen Golf Mk7 Owners Manual: Stowage compartment in the front centre armrest

Fig. 112 shows the stowage compartment inside the Volkswagen Golf Mk7 front centre armrest. Pull the armrest all the way up to open it, guide it back down to close — but the manual warns the raised armrest can obstruct the driver's arm on the gear lever, a risk this page explains in full.
